In order to be eligible for a return we would need you to comply with certain conditions as highlighted below :
My Hadaya offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Acceptance Conditions
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
– the item may be damaged during transit
– or there might be a manufacturing defect
– or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, raise an exchange request from order history. Only after receiving our confirmation for the exchange, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Returned Item condition requirements
All items to be returned or exchanged must meet the following conditions:
- All returned items must be unused for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
- Items without tags will not be accepted.
- All original packaging of the product should still be intact and no damage has been done to either the product or its packaging are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the packages or product.
- They should be packed in the original packaging.

My Hadaya reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit or exchanging the product. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case Items that cannot be exchanged or returned.

What items cannot be exchanged or returned
- Items on sale of 30% and above, or from the clearance sale section cannot be either exchanged or returned
- Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund.
- The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects; and cannot be considered reason for returns.
- Products bought online can have a subtle hue, shine and color difference between the website photographs and the physical product. This is because each product is handmade and hand painted and such subtle differences are bound to happen and no two products can be of the same color, shade and hue. This is also due to varied screen settings like brightness, saturation and inherent color rendering. This cannot be considered a manufacturing defect and a reason for return.
- Custom or bespoke items that are made to order with your specifications cannot be either exchanged or returned
- Items that are worn out or used and not returned in the original condition or packaging cannot be either exchanged or returned.
- If by any chance the customer does not return the footwear box and other packaging materials then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.
- A maximum of 1 exchanges will be allowed per order. No further exchange / return request will be accepted after 1 exchanges .
What if I’ve received a defective or damaged products?
If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us at info@myhadaya.in within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures
Any damages on arrival issue should be reported (via mail) within 24 hours / 1 day along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party couriers
Mode of Return
My Hadaya will get the pair/s picked up, request you’ll to log on into your My Hadaya account and request for a return.
Certain pin-codes might not be serviceable for reverse pickup owing to certain restrictions. Please courier the footwear with the original packing to the below address

If you wish us to complete the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. in case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address , the customer has to ship the product to us for any return and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred. Do not hand over the shipment to the courier partner if he/she is not providing the return pickup slip. The slip will help you to confirm the pick up with us and we can then follow up with our courier partner. My Hadaya will not be responsible in case the product doesn’t reach our (My Hadaya) address.
Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products directly through our website. Simply Sign in to your account and navigate to My Account – My Orders page to initiate a return. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
If the product was made to order, an exchange will take 15-18 days to be shipped, unless we have the requested product in stock. If in stock, it will be shipped immediately upon confirmation of acceptable return of the original product.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. Please note that once the order is shipped out for delivery it is not possible to cancel the order .
REFUNDS
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is physically received by My Hadaya. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used or wallet credit.
For refund against cash on delivery order, the user will need to fill a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. ‘Wallet credit’ as used herein is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice as a Payment.
‘Wallet credit’ once issued, cannot be encashed at any circumstance.
COD charges, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
Disclaimer
Note : Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then My Hadaya holds the right to not accept any returns or exchanges from such customers
